How we found you was a fluke, I was up one Sunday morning and the kids had turned on a channel 9 business show which I didn't know was on.  Then you came on and I told my wife and we found a distributor near our home in Beaconsfield Vic.

This is short but THANK YOU SO MUCH.  Our little boy is so much happier and we use the wash with him and our 1y/o but only out little boy gets the cream every morning and night, he loves the massage.

Hi Caroline,

I received my order yesterday, and my niece starting using products on her baby boy, she rang my mother with the news that he had just had the most enjoyable bath that he had ever had since he has had his eczema, she added the All-Purpose Wash to his bath as you had suggested to me, and he didn't cry when she put him in, he always cries in the bath as he scrathes himself until he bleeds.  So on the first use we have had some lovely success, this little boy actually enjoyed his bath time with splashing and laughing instead of crying and scratching.  Thankyou and I will keep you posted.  Bronwyn, Brisbane, Qld.

 For over 50 years I have endured Chrones & Colitis of the bowel.

Therefore I have a delicate bottom!

Over the years doctors and specialists have prescribed cortisone creams, causing the skin to become thin & vulnerable.

Twelve months ago my whole backside became very red & ulcerated.

I visited my daughter interstate & showed her my condition.

Hi Caroline! 

Just to let you know that, after discussion with you the other day re a safe, organic alternative to the (Nano-particle containing!) Clinique brand that I have been using for thirty four years,  I bit the bullet; ignored the familiar line-up of products that comprise my after-shower regime and, after (customary) application of Rose Water, simply applied ‘Caroline’s Cream’ directly to my face (including eyelids) and neck after showering.  And guess what (no surprise to you, I am sure)?  When I awoke this morning, and tentatively felt my face, I was delighted to find that it actually felt more moisturised than usual, eleven hours after application! 

 

Ho . . ly Dooley!!!  I have used your wonderful cream for years on arms and legs, but never considered it for facial use as well. We leave for holidays next week, and I can now pack only TWO PRODUCTS to do the work of my former EIGHT!  Fantastic!     

 

This has created just a little dilemma for me though . . . to whom can I pass my remaining Clinique products ?????????

Hi again Caroline

Tonite Noah enjoyed his bath and actually played with his toys instead of scratching himslef senseless!!  It was so good to see him laughing and splashing about...and his hair felt good too, my daughter Holly washed his hair with it too...the cream went on well after his bath, and its now 10pm and he normally wakes up about now scratching and crying so we shall see what tonight brings....

Your cream is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I have suffered from psoriasis for at least 40 years, mainly on my scalp.  After using your cream and wash for the past 8 weeks my scalp is almost cleared up.

Recently, on my way back from Singapore i stopped off in Perth for a few days, the chemist at Floreat was out of stock of your products, one of the staff very kindly drove to Wanneroo to their other shop to get your prodcuts.  That's what i call service.

I had my husband copy your brochure quite a few times and have given it to lots of my friends and also my hairdresser, so I hope you will be getting lots of orders from Canberra.

Dear Caroline,

My Mum gave me your wonderful cream and wash for my husband to use as he has sensitive skin - however I use them most often om our 9 month old daughter, Freya.  She was getting insistent nappy rashes that never really went away and it cleared up completely after using  the cream for a short period.  I now use the cream on her every day and wash her hair with the wash, as she is,, or should I say, was, prone to dermatitis inside her elbows and on her neck.  Now, who knows?  There is none in sight.  Thankyou for putting my mind at ease about the safety of your products on babies, it's comforting to know, as it works so well.

just a note to say what wonderful results i've had using your cream

Both my younger girls have sensitive skin.  After being at my mother in laws house on the weekend, she showed me your all purpose wash that i bathed the girls in and it was excellent. WOW it is good it left there skin soft and moisturised and smelling great.  My mother in law has since bought me a bottle and after two days there skin is wonderfully soft and smooth.  So a big thankyou to the best product i have ever come across i am now only ever going to purchase your things.  Thankyou again for a wonderful product.

Hello, Ever since I gave birth to my son 9 months ago my eczema has returned in full force, after spending hundreds of dollars on different creams, lotions and prescription creams from my doctor, I finally went to another local pharmacist and asked advice.                     My daughter, Nadia, was 3 when suddenly she developed a severe problem with her nails on both her hands. The rash also spread down her fingers and onto her palms. We visited two different dermatologists who recommended (over nearly three years) a number of drastic steroid creams and we also visited homeopathologists who recommended various detoxifying potions. The steroid creams would initially help the problem but her skin remained thin and vulnerable and her nails a mess. The skin on her hands were constantly cracked and very sore.
                    During a holiday down south in March last year, I forgot to take the “current steroid cream of the month” with us and had to nip into a chemist to find some kind of relief for her hands. The pharmacist recommended Caroline’s Cream so I used it for the rest of the holidays. However, when I returned home I reverted back to the steroid cream.
                    By August her hands were worse than ever and it was heartbreaking watching her try to do all the activities at school with hands so crippled with pain and with crevasses rivaling the Kimberley Gorges!! I was visiting a local doctor’s surgery one morning at the beginning of September and saw a bottle of your cream on the shelf and remembered I had some in my cupboard.  Just have to say that after four years of itching feet, toes and heals I feel truly blessed when I asked for help from my local pharmacy assistant and she recommended Caroline's Cream.

After one month of using the cream on my feet I have never felt better and more comfortable.  My psoriasis has almost disappeared and the heels of my feet have been transformed, making them soft and taking them back to the origanal state they once were.  I am off to puchase your wash and shall continue to use your cream and recommend the product to anyone I meet that has the same or similar ailment.

Hi Caroline, I have to tell you that I have had 3 nightd sleep without waking with itchy legs (eczema).

Have only been using for 3 days and nights, eczema has almost gone, and no cortisone cream in that time.  Can't believe it!!!

Will keep you posted and can't wait to tell family and friends who also suffer.  (I was going to give it to my brother-in-law but my husband said to keep it for myself, even though my condition is not half as bad as his !!)

AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!

     I have suffered from pomphelix eczema for about ten years.  I initially consulted a dermatologist whose only solution was a cocktail of drugs with horrendous side effects.  I quickly decided that the "cure" was worse than the affliction! With a bit of trial and error I had the condition not quite under control but bearable.

    I have tried various products with no real success but as you know this condition is veery difficult to guagereaction as it takes weeks to erupt and then recover and how do you know what triggered it in the first place?  I have just had the worst outbreak in years and went to Greg's chemist in South Freo.  The pharmacist there suggested your product and in the space of four days the recovery has been nothing short of miraculous!!

   As a musician (very amatuer) it is very difficult to form a chord shape when your hands are rigid and will not bend without cracking and bleeding.

I have christened you the Fremantle Witchdoctor, but hey it works!

 What a difference you have made to my life.  I have had psoriasis for 30 years and I couldn't seem to move it and I would get really embarrased when I went to a friends house and sat on the sofa and when I got up there would be flaky bits of skin all over the chair and arm rest so in the end I would just sit on kitchen chairs.  I started getting the psoriasis on my elbows and now it's on my legs and stomach and hands and head  and I try and wear things to cover up so people don't have to look at it.  I found out about the cream you made from a story in Take 5 and I went straight on the net and ordered some.  It has been a week now and my god what a difference I don't have any flaking and it's not sore anymore and the redness is getting lighter.  I am starting to feel free.  I went to my pharmacist and told him he had to order it in and to tell other people about it because it really works and I showed him my elbows and he couldn't believe the difference.  So I had to write to you and thankyou very much for changing my life and making me free to wear and sit where I want.

Just thought I should mention that I had been chasing patches of Psoriasis over my body for years, after months of cortisone I would finally clear up an outbreak only for a new one to appear elsewhere.  I got to the point that when I had a patch in an area that wasn't visible, I would leave it alone...otherwise the next patch would be on my face or hands.  I started using your cream only a month ago, and I 'm finally 100% free.

Dear Caroline,

I am writing to let you know how much your cream has helped me. I had itchy legs (shins) for years and it was driving me mad.  At times,particularly when it was hot, I would scratch until they bled.  I tried many products but nothing helped, then I saw an article about your cream I wanted to try it.  It took a while before it started to work.  A few months went by befrore I noticed that my legs were healing up.  They are now back to normal but I continue to use the cream just to make sure it doesn't come back.  I put it on after my shower every night so it's no bother to apply.

 

The interesting thing is that I have not been able to use commercial skin cream on my face for the past 15years.  I get terrible reactions, puffy eyes etc... I decided to give your cream a go a month ago and I am amazed to say that I have had no reaction at all in fact the cream is lovely as a base cream - I put my normal cream on top as I have very dry skin.  So thankyou for your great product that really works.

         Well at last someone has put out a real skin moisturizer - Thankyou.  Something you may not know about is how your cream is beneficial in other areas not advertised. I am 75 years old with fair & dry skin & prone to skin spots (Don't know the medical term).

until 7.8 years ago I was continually at the D's getting them removed - no cream (I tryed them all) helped.

I did use a honey mixture of my own that worked to some degree - but more often than not I sandpapered them off.

Arounf two months ago I developed a sunspot right in the corner of my eye and one on the back of my neck.  I couldn't sandparer them off but have been using your cream twice a day regularly, in particular on these two spots.  I had no alternative but to see the D' but 2 days ago they just fell off.  How's that! It has never happened before so the credit goes to your cream.  Not only becuase of the spots I find your cream the best sftershave I've ever used. Do you sell it in 44 gallon drums? then I could hop in twice a day.

All the best & I am sure you will do well with a product that works - all my friends & rellies know about it now.

Dear Caroline,  here i am again wanting to order your wonderful cream.  Mum is still using it and so am i.  I also have a friend who is using it.  I try to pass on the good news about your product.  I would like to order four more 500ml bottles please.

My Mum turned 98 in April and is very well.  She gets alot of relief from your cream.  My friend has very bad dermatitis looking hands and is finding the problem gradually disappearing.

I was recently staying in the Fremantle Village caravan park, and shopping at Woolworths nearby, I aw your poster in the health shop window, I decided to give it a go

Having tried many many over the years, and using cortisone cream most days for the last 3 years at least, with no help form the skin specialist, I thought "what have I got to lose" just another product to add to the dozens in my bathroom cabinet.  But "what if".

I was amazed at the relief after only a couple of minutes of stinging, it settled down and I have not had to use cortisone since.

I am pleased and I thank you very much BUT.

I only bought the travel tube to try, and now I am home in Adelaide and I realise I am going to need to use the cream for years and I will run out without supplies. So.

How can I get more? What is your largest size? can I pay over the phone with visa which would speed the process? or, will you accept a cheque in the mail?.  How much will the postage be?  Can I get your products in S.A.? if not why not as it is so good?

I wait eagerly for your return.

Hi Caroline,

 About 3 months ago I suddenly had welts on my arms, legs and body which were really itchy. They would appear mainly at night and I would be awake scratching them to the point of exhaustion! I was recommend certain creams by my Doctor which only alleviated the scratching to a certain extent. Polaramine was my saviour for insomnia.

 

I saw your cream in a Chemist and decided to try it. I was totally amazed at how quickly the itching stopped and I was able to have a good night's sleep!!! I have since found out that I have had a sudden allergy to chocolate and nuts (GRRRRR!) which caused the reaction on my skin.

 

So, I think you should add on your labels that your cream is also perfect for allergic reactions!

 As you know, Susan and I are fervent supporters of your products and for some time now I have been meaning to provide you with feedback on the effectiveness of your wash as a Shaving Cream.

 A small amount of the wash applied with a shaving brush to clean wet skin provides an exceptionally effective shaving cream with excellent skin lubricating qualities.  The test of a good shaving cream is its ability to lubricate the skin which in turn prevents or at least significantly reduces the likelihood of nicks, rashes and shaving burn.

 The use of your wash as a shaving cream followed by the use of your moisturiser as an after shave results in the most rewarding shaving experience.

Hi Caroline,

 We have been using both of your products for two months now. We have seen some great improvement in some areas of Alicia's skin and are very happy to be not having to use cortisone on her. The discoid eczema has responded very well to the treatment but she has had an out break of her atopic eczema. This isn't causing her too much discomfort and is mainly on the trunk of her body so it is not visable therefore making her worried about people seeing it. I'm sure there are a few things contributing to this including the change of weather which has always been a bad time for breakouts with her.

 

We intend to continue with the cream and wash and see what happens. It is difficult to get on her more than once a day, (because she hates doing it) I'm sure that it would help if we did.

Dear Caroline

I am very happy with your products.  I have been using the wash for both washing and shampooing my hair.  I have always had persistant oily dandruff which has disappeared since using  the wash. Also my skin has been very soft and dry flakey areas like age spots have disappeared.  I am very happy.  I use the cream especially on my cracked heels and it keeps them reasonably under control.  The ointment I find very good for my fingers especially if I use it with bandaids so I have started putting the bandaids on at night with the ointment but use the cream during the day.
