Thank you for rescuing my most precious gift-my skin. For ten years I have suffered with perioral dermatitis. You can imagine the pharmacy of topical creams, face washes and homemade remedies I tried. Some worked, I was happy for 2 weeks at a time without a flare up. Only! With my skin thinning the sensitivity made me paranoid. I was scared of even the smallest application of make up or my partner unshaved brushing against my chin. After countless attempts to isolate the one ingredient in my daily life that was causing my heartache, 2 weeks ago, just days before Christmas, I discovered I'm allergic to fluoride. My toothpaste. Amazing and yet so obvious if I catalogued my condition and periodical flare ups. Thankfully this miracle cream is regenerating my skin surface and the layers beneath. Well it took a few hundred dollars and three years to get relief from a rash on the top of my arms caused, would you believe it, by the sulphates in wine. The burning rash got worse and worse until I read somewhere about allergies to preservatives. I never knew they could be such a bother!!!!!!
After two years of irritation my skin was looking like a crocodiles at the top of my arms... Visiting my chemist and telling the lovely helpful staff there, they suggested your cream.
‘Nothing ventured’ was my immediate thought...’probably be the same as the other two dozen I have tried!!!!!!!!’
Wrong Wrong Wrong!!!!!!! I am here to tell you the difference after two months was incredible...and NO BROKEN SLEEP or my usual trip to the fridge for ice to cool down my arm. Plus the healing was obvious.

Just a quick note to say how impressed I am by your All-Purpose Wash. For a long time I have had a seriously itchy scalp and have tried all sorts of products to try and control it. Usually only very expensive salon bought shampoos and conditioners, but none seemed to help. I came to the conclusion that it was a stress related issue and left it at that. The only relief I seemed to get was not washing my hair at all (Yuk). After swimming in the ocean for days on end I had to wash my hair, and was really dreading it. I saw your product, and having heard so many fantastic reports I decided to give it a go. Amazing. No itchy scalp, soft shiny hair. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

Our son’s eczema seems to be improving; it is much less red than it has been - we are absolutely delighted and hope that he continues to improve even more. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to see his skin responding so positively. It is very distressing to see your baby’s delicate skin so red and nasty looking and him trying to scratch himself, so each morning now when I change his nappy I am seeing improvement from the day before and this makes me feel so much better - as it was starting to get me down. I felt a bit helpless and upset that he might have permanently red skin, but hats off to you – I think we might just be another success story –many thanks again.

Matthew’s psoriasis is much better. He still has some lesions, especially on his back but then his back was covered there wasn’t many parts that weren’t affected, so we are delighted with the cream. His chest area is almost clear.

I’m a new user of Caroline’s Cream. I struggle immensely to find products that don’t irritate my eczema, not even in the hope they will improve it, just to not irritate and make it worse! But Caroline’s Cream not only does NOT irritate it actually soothes my eczema. I’ve only been using for a few days, but all I know is that my skin is the most sensitive of sensitive and Caroline’s Cream does not irritate me at all! Thanks so much!

I would just like to say thank you for creating this Cream. After suffering with eczema and dermatitis most of my life I’m pretty sceptical about what I use on my skin. I have tried numerous creams and tablets to try and clear it up and it goes for a while but comes straight back. I've been looking at your cream for the past month and on Saturday I bit the bullet and brought a small tube. I've been using it daily since then on my hands and it's amazing the difference in only 5 days. I gave your cream a try. I was sceptical at first, but I needed to try something. I had a rash just under my forearm. I also have problems with just one hand that went red raw when I washed the dishes with or without gloves. After using it for 1 week, I felt and saw the difference. My right hand is now the same colour as my left hand. I don't have to use it as much now, though I will keep a tube handy in my bag. Thank you.

I have been practicing in the Aesthetics industry for 26 and have never come across a Cream treatment like yours that benefits any skin type and condition. I am amazed at the change in my skin texture on my face/ hands/body. Although my skin was well cared for since I turned 60 it has been an uphill battle to keep the tone in my skin. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have a scalp problem, elbow scale, and the most troublesome index finger on my left hand from under the nail and down to the first knuckle. I do several crafts so you can imagine my distress and having a finger split, sore and scaly. I am managing to keep it under control with the Cream. I am also fair skinned and my medication has made me ultra-sensitive to the sun so I always had awful dry skin on my arms and legs. Yay, along comes your Wash and Cream. My son who lives in Australia watched a TV program about your Cream and thought it might help me so he purchased 2 bottles and sent it to me. I used the Wash last night & had the best night’s sleep I have had in years! We now have a "His" & "Hers" space on the bathroom cabinet for your products!
Our daughter, who had a double mastectomy a few months ago, has already tried my Cream & says in three days it has got rid of the post-operative "itch" that has been bothering her for a while. Our son who has worked with macadamia nuts had acquired a sort of skin in-balance from continually handling nuts for some 20 odd years. He tried your Cream a week or so ago & it has got rid of the itchy skin problem on his hands! Haven’t tried it on our dog yet as his Flea & Tick Collar still works well!!!

My Aunty and Uncle saw your product on Today Tonight. They immediately rang me as I have suffered terribly for the last 2 years from Palmo Plantar (Hand and Foot) Psoriasis. It is a very cruel condition and at its worst I could hardly walk. It is incredibly painful and ugly, red raw weeping palms of my hands and deep cracks in my feet like someone attacked me with razor blades. I have to admit that I was sceptical about your product. I can't describe the difference it has made to my hands - almost completely back to normal with no tell-tale thickened psoriasis skin developing. My feet are a lot better too - they were worse than my hands so will take a little longer. I cannot recommend your product highly enough for people to try. I have only started using the Cream on my son for a few days, and straight away I knew this was a fantastic product. He has had eczema since 6 months of age and is now 2.5 years old. I walked into the chemist today to get some vitamin E cream for my daughter’s eczema as she had just finished playing netball in the heat and was having a massive itching attack screaming in pain, when I saw your cream on the counter in front of me. I just wanted to tell you I have just started washing my hair with the All-purpose Wash and even though I have bleached blonde hair it is beautiful and silky- far better than when I used other products with all those chemicals. Friends can't believe it, and my daughter has been using the cream on her eczema and is seeing amazing results. I have dermatitis that can affect most of my body, nowadays this can usually be linked to some particular event or contact as it is not there all the time.
Since using your Cream I generally feel more able to relax and better about myself, which has got to have a positive effect on the healing.
I am now able to swim in the ocean, enjoy some sunlight, and not be permanently uncomfortable.
I hope this is of some interest to you. I will add that I am not young (58 yrs) and have suffered with skin problems which can affect the whole of my body all my life. At times I have been hospitalised because of it, and it has certainly limited what I have been able to do and how I have been able to live. I do also have some pretty extreme allergies but am finding these are less severe as my skin becomes stronger.

I saw a story about your cream on Today Tonight a few weeks ago and it immediately grabbed my attention as they showed a before and after photo of a little boy with eczema in the same place as my 13 month old son, which cleared beautifully after using your cream!
I decided to go and purchase some the next day, but forgot what it was called! That weekend my family and I went camping with friends and I was telling them about your cream which I had seen on TV, but couldn’t remember the name of it. My friend proceeded to go to her caravan and came out with your cream – Caroline’s Cream! 'That's it!' I exclaimed and for the next two and a half days while camping I used your cream about six times a day on my little man and within a few days his skin started to go through the healing process of 'peeling' like eczema does and beneath it we saw beautiful eczema free skin for the first time since he was 10 weeks old!

My 18 year old sister has suffered both physically and emotionally from eczema since she was a little girl. As a young adult, she has both the typically irritated skin, and also scarring from uncontrolled scratching in her sleep. While it may be hard for some to understand, the social stigma of her condition has made her feel ashamed and embarrassed of her body – despite the simple fact that she did not bring this on herself. Usually the only solution is to cover herself with clothing.

I have twin 12 month old girls that are identical, that happen to have identical eczema all over their chests, upper arms and legs that is very troubling. I actually couldn't believe it worked. I thought it wouldn't work because the price tag on it for a start wasn't very expensive for skin ointment/cream. My twins find it so soothing and it relieves the itchiness too. Wash okay for contact lenses
I spoke to my Optometrist on my last visit regarding taking my eye makeup off with Caroline’s Wash and he said that was fine and as it was sulphate free it would not damage the contact lenses.

The next time we are in WA we'll be hunting you down, so I can give you a big hug! My hands are amazing - I am completely blown away by the improvement in them so again, thank you thank you thank you! I was able to get my wash from the pharmacy over the weekend too, so have started using that as well, and am now able to use the cream on the rest of my body and not just my hands. I can move them freely and do the daily tasks with the boys with much more ease. No burning. No shattered glass. No intense itching. No splits. No swollen fingers. No people giving me strange looks. What a change! (And I don't have my boys telling me that I hurt them when I touch their arm/leg or face - that in itself would be enough!) I am in debt to you. I have been using the cream and body wash on my 18 month old for one week and it has reduced the redness and itchiness dramatically. Even since washing her hair the flakiness has gone. Now all three of my kids aged 3, 5 and 18 months have seen an excellent reduction in their eczema. I started to use your cream and rubbed it into my skin every evening whilst I was relaxing or watching television. I have had a number of sun spots removed from my skin over the years which left quite red scars. These scars were particularly obvious on the top of my hands and forearms. I had spent many years in the sun as a surf lifesaver and playing golf. I can report that the result from using your cream has been fantastic. I have been using the cream for approximately 4 weeks and the redness has reduced by at least 60%. My skin is no longer rough with ‘barnacles’ but is soft to touch and easy to look at. My 9 year old son, Kynen, had had eczema since he was 6 months old. People’s comments, suggestions and reactions really started to offend me, “Why don’t you take him to a doctor?”, “Why don’t you use this?”. We sure have. And you know, next time we are in WA (next year hopefully) we'll be hunting you down, so I can give you a big hug! My hands are amazing - I am completely blown away by the improvement in them so again, thank you thank you thank you! I was able to get my wash from the pharmacy over the weekend too, so have started using that as well, and am now able to use the cream on the rest of my body and not just my hands. I can move them freely and do the daily tasks with the boys with much more ease. No burning. No shattered glass. No intense itching. No splits. No swollen fingers. No people giving me strange looks. What a change! (And I don't have my boys telling me that I hurt them when I touch their arm/leg or face - that in itself would be enough!) I'm in the process of organising some before and after shots for you. Hi Caroline, I am indebted to you , I have been using the cream and body wash on my 18 month old for one week and It has reduced the redness and itchiness dramatically.
Even washing her hair the flakiness has gone.
I am trying to re-order so I don't run out as now all three kids 5, 3 and 18 months have seen a excellent reduction in their eczema.

Good Morning Caroline! Hi Caroline, I just wanted to say a huge thankyou :). I received my order on Friday morning and applied your cream to my hands straight away and I could feel my hands cooling soon after (They are usually very hot, dry and cracked). My family noticed on Friday night how much the redness had eased and how much smoother my skin felt. I have suffered with Dermatitis on my hands for three years now (a working mother of three I need my hands). I’ve tried everything, you name it I've tried it! It’s now Sunday afternoon and my hands are feeling great. I only have a few small patches on both hands that are still a little red and dry but healing more each day.

I am a psoriasis sufferer and like many of the people that have tried your product have experienced an almost immediate response to my problem. Hi Caroline! I have had psoriasis for years and it has only been getting worse... It gets so irritating scratching your head and face all day. The night before I saw the today tonight segment I woke up with blood all down one side of my face- I had been scratching my head in my sleep to the point where it was bleeding. After trying a couple of stores ( that were sold out by 8am) I got my truck driver dad to stop at picton and pick some up... My life has changed! My skin would get minute, razor-like cuts initially, then the layers of skin would peel off my fingertips, and the palms. In many cases my fingers would be raw and bleeding. No more flaky skin on my legs - June 30 2011
Hi Caroline, I recieved your products the other day and I can already can feel the benefits on my skin. I have very dry skin on my body, and find it quite embassing to find white flakes like snow, in my black pants legs each evening. I awoke today to smooth flake free legs and also a deep cut I had on my thumb which isn't really a true cut but caused by water (I'm constantly washing my hands of late as our 5 year old son has been very sick) has smoothed over and no longer aches. As you will no doubt see, I just ordered two more of each of your products for our Fathers for Fathers Day. My Dad will be 92 in Feb and spent many years at sea in the Navy before and during WWII, and my husband's Dad has psoriasis like my husband. Insistent Nappy Rashes
Dear Caroline, My Mum gave me your wonderful cream and wash for my husband to use as he has sensitive skin - however I use them most often om our 9 month old daughter, Freya. She was getting insistent nappy rashes that never really went away and it cleared up completely after using the cream for a short period. Just a note to say what wonderful results I've had using your cream.
I'm a 32yo mum 2 girls who has skin allergies. All I need do is be in contact with something my body doesn't like this week and my fingers, lips and shins swell up, the skin thins and cracks/bleeds and is terribly itchy.
I also have mild psoriasis on my scalp and torso and on my upper arms which I find unsightly and avoid wearing sleeveless tops.
Well my darling mother gave me some Caroline's Cream and said 'here try this' as she does with all types of remedies and I thought again with raised eyebrows - oh yes thanks mum.
To be honest, your product looked and smelled like regular sorbolene and I thought 'this is going to do nothing'.
Well I was wrong - I applied it a few times and the healing that would normally take place over a week - happened within 2 days.
i recently purchased the wash and it's the first product i've used that actually feels like it quenches the thirst of my dry skin. Previously, when I took off a black top and turned it inside out it would be white with skin, now with the combination of the wash and cream, it has dramatically reduced the amount of myself left behind in my clothing.

My daughter, Nadia, was 3 when suddenly she developed a severe problem with her nails on both her hands. The rash also spread down her fingers and onto her palms. The skin on her hands were constantly cracked and very sore.

Just have to say that after four years of itching feet, toes and heals I feel truly blessed when I found Caroline's Cream.

I want to send you a quick note to let you know that I have found yet another benefit of your wash and cream.
I have a form of a scaly scalp. I decided that the best solution was to wash my scalp with your wash and then after I towel dried my hair I massaged your cream into my scalp and it gave my very fine hair the body it needed to allow me to put a little bit of style into it and the cream also resolved the scaly scalp issue for me.
As you know, I have for some time now been using your wash as a shaving cream applied with a brush and using your cream as a post shave moisturizer and in my opinion there are no better products available on the market for us men. No longer do we have the His and Hers products issue to deal with as my wife and I both use the wash and the cream in our own particular ways. Thank you again for making your wonderful products available to us men.

Itchy legs
Hi Caroline, I have to tell you that I have had 3 nights sleep without waking with itchy legs (eczema).
Have only been using for 3 days and nights, eczema has almost gone. Can't believe it!!!
Will keep you posted and can't wait to tell family and friends who also suffer. (I was going to give it to my brother-in-law but my husband said to keep it for myself, even though my condition is not half as bad as his !!)

I have suffered from pomphelix eczema for about ten years. I have tried various products with no real success but as you know this condition is very difficult to guage a reaction as it takes weeks to erupt and then recover and how do you know what triggered it in the first place? I have just had the worst outbreak in years and went to Greg's Chemist in South Freo. Someone suggested your product and in the space of four days the recovery has been nothing short of amazing!!
As a musician (very amatuer) it is very difficult to form a chord shape when your hands are rigid and will not bend without cracking and bleeding.
I have christened you the Fremantle Witchdoctor, but hey it works!

What a difference you have made to my life. I have had psoriasis for 30 years and I couldn't seem to move it and I would get really embarrased when I went to a friends house and sat on the sofa and when I got up there would be flaky bits of skin all over the chair and arm rest so in the end I would just sit on kitchen chairs. I started getting the psoriasis on my elbows and now it's on my legs and stomach and hands and head and I try and wear things to cover up so people don't have to look at it. I found out about the cream you made from a story in Take 5 and I went straight on the net and ordered some. It has been a week now and my god what a difference. I don't have any flaking and it's not sore anymore and the redness is getting lighter. I am starting to feel free. I went to my pharmacist and told him he had to order it in and to tell other people about it because it really works and I showed him my elbows and he couldn't believe the difference. So I had to write to you and thank you very much for changing my life and making me free to wear and sit where I want.

I got to the point that when I had a patch in an area that wasn't visible, I would leave it alone...otherwise the next patch would be on my face or hands. I am writing to let you know how much your cream has helped me. I had itchy legs (shins) for years and it was driving me mad. At times,particularly when it was hot, I would scratch until they bled. I tried many products but nothing helped, then I saw an article about your cream I wanted to try it. It took a while before it started to work. A few months went by befrore I noticed that my legs were healing up. They are now back to normal but I continue to use the cream just to make sure it doesn't come back. I put it on after my shower every night so it's no bother to apply.
The interesting thing is that I have not been able to use commercial skin cream on my face for the past 15 years. I get terrible reactions, puffy eyes etc... I decided to give your cream a go a month ago and I am amazed to say that I have had no reaction at all in fact the cream is lovely as a base cream - I put my normal cream on top as I have very dry skin. So thank you for your great product that really works.

I was recently staying in the Fremantle Village caravan park, and shopping at Woolworths nearby, I saw your poster in the health shop window, I decided to give it a go
Having tried many many over the years, I thought "what have I got to lose" just another product to add to the dozens in my bathroom cabinet. But "what if".
I was amazed at the relief after only a couple of minutes of stinging, it settled down. I am pleased and I thank you very much BUT I only bought the travel tube to try, and now I am home in Adelaide and I realise I am going to need to use the cream for years and I will run out without supplies. So how can I get more? What is your largest size? Can I pay over the phone with visa which would speed the process? Or, will you accept a cheque in the mail?. How much will the postage be? Can I get your products in S.A.? if not why not as it is so good?

About 3 months ago I suddenly my arms, legs and body which were really itchy. At night and I would be awake scratching them to the point of exhaustion! I saw your cream decided to try it. I was totally amazed at how quickly the itching stopped and I was able to have a good night's sleep!!! I have since found out that I have had a sudden allergy to chocolate and nuts (GRRRRR!) which caused the reaction on my skin.

As you know, Susan and I are fervent supporters of your products and for some time now I have been meaning to provide you with feedback on the effectiveness of your wash as a Shaving Cream.
A small amount of the wash applied with a shaving brush to clean wet skin provides an exceptionally effective shaving cream with excellent skin lubricating qualities. The test of a good shaving cream is its ability to lubricate the skin which in turn prevents or at least significantly reduces the likelihood of nicks, rashes and shaving burn.
The use of your wash as a shaving cream followed by the use of your moisturiser as an after shave results in the most rewarding shaving experience.

We have been using both of your products for two months now. We have seen some great improvement in some areas of Alicia's skin and are very happy with the results. Her skin has responded very well to the treatment but she has had an outbreak of her atopic eczema. This isn't causing her too much discomfort and is mainly on the trunk of her body so it is not visible therefore making her worried about people seeing it. I'm sure there are a few things contributing to this including the change of weather which has always been a bad time for breakouts with her.
We intend to continue with the cream and wash and see what happens. It is difficult to get on her more than once a day, (because she hates doing it) I'm sure that it would help if we did.

I am very happy with your products. I have been using the wash for both washing and shampooing my hair. I have always had persistant oily dandruff. which has improved. Also my skin has been very soft and dry flaky areas which have disappeared. I am very happy. I use the cream especially on my cracked heels The cream I find very good for my fingers especially if I use it with bandaids so I have started putting the bandaids on at night with the ointment but use the cream during the day.

Just letting you know that having started to use your cream a week ago on Wed, on the 5 th day I noticed the redness was beginning to reduce. This week things have just continued to improve - I'm obviously delighted and so pleased. There is still some redness and minimal flaking by my nose but I think it is only me that would notice. My scalp psoriasis is also improving but not fully there yet. I do find products like that can flare my skin up - although this recent flare up was extreme. If you have found anything that complements your products I'd be grateful to know. Perhaps you should move into cosmetics as well!
